Patty grew up in Seattle, graduated from the University of Washington and has lived in the Magnolia neighborhood for over 30 years. Patty has spent her career as a Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of an international corporation, Director of Operations and a member of the Board of Directors. Her extensive skills in training, contracts, project management, negotiations, insurance and business is a true benefit to every client we work with.

Michael Plunkett grew up in Edmonds, gradated from  Western Washington University and has been an active resident of Edmonds for over 30 years.  He is in his fourth term on the Edmonds City Council and has a variety of local civic involement .  He has been a real estate professional in Snohomish and King Counties for over 13 years.
